Yes! When you activate your new debit card you will have an opportunity to select any 4-digit number of your choosing as your PIN number.

You also may also change your PIN number at any time at one of our three (3) ATMs located at our branches or by calling (800) 466-0040 and following the prompts for PIN number change.

Please note, when calling you will need the 16 digit security code that is printed on the mailer that was sent with the original PIN. We are unable to see your PIN or the 16 digit security code on our system.

Please record it in a safe place and never keep it with your card.

If you don’t remember the PIN you selected for your debit card or don’t have the original 16 digit security code, you may contact us at (914) 946-6200 and we will have a PIN mailer mailed to the address on file with use.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your PIN mailer to arrive.
