If your debit card is defective or broken we can order you a new debit card right away. We will need the following to get that new card ordered:

  1. You call us at (914) 946-6200 or email us at [email protected] to request for a duplicate card to replace your broken or defective card.
  2. There is a no charge for a duplicate card to replace a defective or broken card.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your new card to arrive.
